KIHOMAC, Inc. seeks a seasoned DoD program management professional in Florida to plan, analyze, and guide acquisition programs, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance goals are met through cross-functional leadership and government collaboration.

The role supports PMs and IPT Leads, develops briefs and schedules, reviews RFPs, prepares reports, and implements DoD policy guidance. Requires 10+ years general experience, 5+ years in the DoD sector, US citizenship and an active Secret clearance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of general experience.
• Active Secret clearance and US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, research, analyze, and assess projects to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.
• Support cost and schedule reduction initiatives for acquisition programs.
• Provide program management support to PMs and IPT Leads to guide execution and maintain battle rhythm.
• Analyze program health and advise leadership on options to maintain objectives.
• Develop and present program status briefings and acquisition schedules for senior management.
• Review and draft RFPs, SOWs, SRDs, CDRLs, and related technical documentation.
