Job summary

KIHOMAC, Inc. is seeking a senior government capture leader to drive high-value DoD opportunities from initial identification through contract award. You will craft compelling capture plans, shape requirements, and coordinate with program offices and executives to ensure strong competitive positioning.

Responsibilities include leading multi-year capture campaigns, developing win strategies, and driving customer engagement to improve PWIN and long-term growth in national security programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Extensive experience in Federal Government contracting and defense acquisition.
• Proven track record leading complex DoD captures and strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value federal capture opportunities from identification to award.
• Develop and execute capture plans with engagement, pricing, and win strategy.
• Coordinate with executives on gate reviews and strategic decisions.
