GovCIO is hiring a Senior Financial and Budget Analyst to support DHS ICE in financial management, strategic planning, data analysis, and reporting. This fully remote role focuses on budget formulation, execution, and programmatic guidance across a Fiscal Management focused team.

The position requires 10+ years in dynamic delivery environments, with DHS/government experience preferred. U.S. citizenship and DHS suitability are required, with a posted salary range of $120,000–$130,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience required.
• 10+ years of experience in dynamic customer delivery environments; Master’s may reduce requirement by 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic/programmatic guidance and portfolio management to stakeholders.
• Participate in budget formulation and execution processes.
• Provide briefings and guidance to senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and use relevant costing data and program analysis techniques to capture financial savings.
