GovCIO is seeking a Senior Financial and Budget Analyst to support DHS ICE budget formulation, execution, and data-driven analysis in a fully remote capacity. The role focuses on strategic guidance, portfolio management, and developing performance-ready analyses and deliverables for senior stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in dynamic customer delivery environments, with strong skills in budgeting, cost analysis, and data visualization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or commensurate experience)
• 10+ years in dynamic customer delivery environments (2 years may be removed for a Master's Degree)

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and portfolio management to stakeholders.
• Participate in budget formulation and execution processes.
• Develop financial management recommendations and deliverables.
• Analyze candidate projects to justify and prioritize business value.
• Monitor annual budget execution and ensure funds obligate on time.
• Prepare leadership briefings and clear, concise narratives.
