Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Financial and Budget Analyst to support DHS ICE budget formulation, execution, and strategic planning. The role involves data analysis, dashboard development, and briefing senior stakeholders in a fully remote setting.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in federal financial analysis, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and the ability to obtain DHS clearance. Occasional collaboration with government teams and a fast-paced environment are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience.
• 10+ years of experience in dynamic customer delivery environments (2 years may be removed for a Master’s Degree).
• Clearance suitable for DHS preferred or ability to obtain DHS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and portfolio management to stakeholders.
• Participate in budget formulation and execution processes.
• Develop financial analyses and recommendations to support mission needs.
• Create and maintain budget requirements and performance analyses.
• Prepare leadership briefings and deliverables with concise narratives and visuals.
