Job summary

OSC EdgeTech, LLC is seeking an Intermediate Business Development Professional to drive growth in Federal, DoD, and commercial sectors, targeting Army, DISA, Navy, and DHS. You will identify and qualify opportunities, shape capture strategies, support proposals, and build trusted relationships with government customers and industry partners.

Travel up to 25% and an active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain one) are required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of BD, capture management, or DoD IT sales experience.
• Experience developing market-entry and growth strategies.
• Experience building relationships with federal offices and primes.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Active Secret clearance, or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive BD strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Shape requirements early in the acquisition cycle to fit OSC EdgeTech capabilities.
• Manage BD lifecycle: identification, capture, proposal support, contract transition.
• Establish relationships with DoD and government decision-makers and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and progress updates.
