Job summary

OSC EdgeTech, LLC seeks an Intermediate Business Development Professional to spearhead growth in federal, DoD and commercial sectors. You will target agencies such as Army, DISA, Navy, Air Force, DOJ, DOE, Space Command, and DHS, identifying and qualifying opportunities and supporting pursuit strategies.

You will build strategic relationships with DoD decision-makers, collaborate across teams, and contribute to CRM and proposal workflows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Five or more years in BD, capture or sales with Federal/DoD
• Experience pursuing DoD/federal opportunities, IT sector preferred.
• Experience with market-entry and growth strategies.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive BD strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Shape requirements early in the acquisition cycle to align with capabilities.
• Manage full BD lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract transition.
• Establish relationships with DoD and government decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.
• Deliver weekly progress reports.
• Develop and present strategic growth opportunities and market analyses.
• Monitor government portals for opportunities and go/no-go decisions.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
