Job summary

OSC EdgeTech, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Development Professional to lead growth across federal, DoD and commercial sectors from Alaska. You will identify opportunities, shape capture strategies, and build trusted relationships with government decision-makers to drive proposals and contracts.

emphasized by a focus on strategic insights for sales, capture, and leadership teams, delivering cost-effective solutions with customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business development, capture, or sales within the Federal Government and/or DoD IT market.
• Proven ability to capture small and large DoD contracts, preferably in information technology.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.
• Active Secret security clearance, or ability to obtain and maintain one.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive BD strategy that aligns with growth goals.
• Shape requirements early in the acquisition cycle to align with capabilities.
• Manage the full BD lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract transition.
• Establish and maintain relationships with DoD and government decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer success.
• Provide weekly progress updates and capture planning support.
