Job summary
ServiceNow is seeking a solutions consultant with deep federal cybersecurity experience to lead discovery, tailor demonstrations, and drive value in federal environments. You will articulate complex security concepts to C-suite and technical audiences, showing how AI-driven security helps IT/IoT/OT networks, cloud platforms, and on-premises systems.
You will design proof-of-value engagements, partner with Sales to guide opportunities, and contribute to marketing and field events while staying
Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience required.
- Experience with enterprise cybersecurity solutions and federal compliance frameworks.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive and technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery for Federal customers and map Security solutions to outcomes.
- Deliver demonstrations and deep-dives showing AI-driven security benefits across IT/IoT/OT networks.
- Design, deploy, and manage proof-of-value engagements in live federal environments.
