Job summary

ServiceNow seeks an Advisory Solution Consultant for the Federal defense team to guide DoD and federal SI engagements. You will demonstrate AI‑powered security solutions, translate complex concepts for C‑suite audiences, and lead proofs of value with government customers.

You will partner with Sales, support marketing efforts at events, and provide product feedback on federal requirements while staying current on security trends and regulatory guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre‑sales for cybersecurity or DoD tech.
• Experience with federal customers (DoD or SI).
• Translate complex concepts to executives and technical audiences.
• Knowledge of NIST, FedRAMP, CSfC or similar frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with federal customers and map to ServiceNow Security solutions.
• Deliver tailored demos and deep dives showing AI-driven security visibility across IT/OT/IoT networks.
• Design and manage proofs of value in live federal environments.
• Collaborate with Sales to qualify and close complex opportunities with credibility.
• Support marketing and events as a federal security authority.
• Provide feedback to product management on federal requirements and gaps.
• Share assets and best practices with the Solution Consulting team.
• Stay current on federal trends and new Armis/Veza capabilities.
