1. Competitive Compensation: Up to $220,000/year, with additional monthly performance-based bonuses.

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time
• Pay: $100,000 - $220,000 per year

• Application Questions: How many family law matters have you led for trial? Are you able to appear in person for trials in the Sacramento region?
• Experience: 7+ years in Family Law Litigation (Preferred)
• License/Certification: California State Bar License in good standing (Required), Certified Family Law Specialist (Preferred)
• Location: California (Required)
• Work Location: Remote with ability to attend local trials

Responsibilities:

• Lead high-stakes family law cases involving divorce, custody, support, and property division.
• Provide strategic counsel and advocacy through depositions, hearings (Zoom and in-person), mediations, and trials.
• Collaborate with the team to efficiently move cases using advanced technology.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, agreements, and legal documents.
• Perform financial analyses, prepare Dissomaster calculations, and oversee discovery and trial preparation.
• Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of family law litigation experience.
• Active California State Bar membership.
• Expertise in courtroom advocacy, legal drafting, and financial analyses.
• Effective collaboration within a technology-driven, client-centric team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Leadership and team collaboration abilities.
• Comfort with virtual tools for hearings and communication.
• Experience in divorce, annulment, legal separation, child support, custody, and related areas.

Compensation: $200,000 yearly
