Are you a retired attorney or legal scholar with expertise in **California HOA law**? Our condo community is facing systemic mismanagement and potential violations of state laws (Civil Code §§4775, 5200, 5800), and we need your help to hold our HOA accountable.

**The Issues:**

- **Neglected maintenance** (exposed wires, graffiti) creating safety hazards.

- **Failure to enforce governing documents** despite a paid, full-time manager.

- **Shifting enforcement duties to homeowners** (illegal under CA precedent).

We’re looking for voluntary assistance to:

1. Review HOA violations and draft a **legal demand letter**.

2. Advise on potential claims (breach of fiduciary duty, negligence).

3. Help navigate **CA DRE complaints** or small claims actions.
