Responsibilities include:

• Managing cases involving divorce, custody, support, and property division.
• Representing clients in court and making all necessary appearances.
• Preparing pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.
• Meeting with clients and providing legal advice and updates.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure case efficiency.
• Attending mediations and settlement conferences.
• Maintaining communication with clients and staying updated on legal trends.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Reliable remote work setup with internet access.
