Modern Family Law is growing, and we are looking for talented attorneys to join our team! We are currently offering a $25,000 signing bonus.

Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, seeks a remote Family Law Senior Associate Attorney to join one of our Bay Area offices (remote but must reside in California to attend hearings or meet with clients in the office). The attorney may work out of our offices in Palo Alto, San Jose, or Oakland.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling a variety of family law cases, such as divorce, custody, and child and spousal support
• Engaging in direct client communications, drafting legal documents, and handling depositions, court appearances, and mediations
• Managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with attention to detail
• Collaborating within a team-oriented setting to ensure collective success

Position Requirements:

• Four (4) or more years of Family Law experience
• Experience in Family Law preferred; litigation candidates interested in Family Law are also encouraged to apply
• Active California State Bar admission
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused approach

Additional Information:
