Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for important work, including:

• Drafting motions, affidavits, legal arguments, testimony, and trial briefs
• Hearing preparation
• Case consultation and strategizing with a client
• Communicating with the opposing party, courts, and others
• Performing case law research to identify and apply relevant judicial decisions, statutes, etc.
• Investigating the facts of a case
• Reviewing and monitoring new and updated laws and regulations
• Editing and approving paralegal-crafted documents

Qualifications
