Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking a remote Family Law Senior Associate Attorney to join our Bellevue, WA office (remote but must reside in Washington to attend hearings or meet with clients in the office).

To be successful in this role, the Family Law Senior Associate Attorney will:

• Handle a variety of family law cases, such as divorce, custody, and child and spousal support.

Position Requirements:

• Four (4) or more years of Family Law experience.
• Experience in Family Law preferred; open to litigation candidates interested in practicing Family Law.
• Active admission to the Washington State Bar.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.

Compensation: $130,000 – $240,880 annually, based on experience, location, billable hours, and other factors.
