Qualifications

• Education: 2-year technical/associate degree or equivalent plus 2–3 years experience.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Able to work a 12-hour night shift schedule and follow laboratory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine analytical jobs using defined procedures meeting cycle time and quality standards.
• Interact with lab engineers to define analytical methods and interpret results.
• Perform sample preparation for TEM/SEM analyses and maintain equipment.
• Ensure smooth operation by minimizing stand-by time and documenting results.
• Assist with training and promote a positive team environment.
• Complete reporting and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
