GlobalFoundries Inc. is seeking an AMHS Equipment Engineering Technician for Malta, NY (Nights). You will monitor and maintain 300mm semiconductor equipment in a 24/7 fab, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and documenting events.

The role requires the ability to work in a cleanroom, stand for long shifts, and communicate effectively with the lead tech and engineers. Preferred candidates have 2-year technical degrees or 4+ years of relevant experience, strong

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-year technical degree or 4 years relevant experience in electrical/mechanical fields.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts standing and walking long periods.
• Experience in cleanroom environments and semiconductor protocol compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, sustain and improve equipment and processes in assigned area.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance per operating procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and document events.
• Communicate equipment status and end-of-shift pass downs clearly to leads and engineers.
