Job summary

PQShield, a leader in post-quantum cryptography, is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer (FAE) for North America. You will support strategic accounts, integrate cryptography software and hardware, and work with Sales, Engineering and Management to drive technical wins.

The role requires 5–10 years of FAE or sales engineering experience, familiarity with hardware IP cores, security software, and the ability to communicate value to engineers and C-level executives.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of FAE/sales engineering experience with success.
• Experience with hardware IP cores, security software, or embedded solutions.
• Ability to explain technical value to engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic accounts by identifying requirements and presenting technical solutions.
• Follow up with prospects, providing timely information for interested buyers.
• Educate prospects on PQShield products and demos.
• Document technical communications and create Q&A, SOWs, and quick-start guides.
• Identify steps to close opportunities and coordinate with Engineering for onboarding.
• Ensure Engineering understands customer requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on strategy and messaging.
• Provide feedback to Management and Engineering on customer needs.
