Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to deploy FactSet products and deliver high-value engagements for sophisticated clients in the U.S. You will independently implement multiple workflows and provide technical guidance for client-specific solutions.

You will map client structures, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with Product Development and Engineering to enhance workflows. Travel may be required, and you will train users and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in Finance, CS, IS, Engineering or related scientific/technical discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience with FactSet Analytics tools.
• CFA, CIPM, CAPM, FRM, MBA or other industry certifications preferred.
• Extremely detail-oriented with ability to see the big picture.
• Willingness to travel and work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deploy FactSet products by delivering high-value projects and engagements.
• Independently implement multiple workflows.
• Provide product, functional, and technical guidance for client-specific process solutions.
• Communicate with sophisticated users using investment principles and industry applications.
• Create user workflow and custom report specifications.
• Identify growth strategies by mapping client structures and uncovering opportunities.
• Study client workflows and partner with Product Development and Engineering.
• Provide user training and support development of training programs.
• Implement new and enhanced deployments to improve user experience and enable sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with and mentor junior implementation specialists.
• Support complex organizational changes and enterprise deployments.
