Job summary

You will lead a high-performance team, drive continuous improvement, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with ITM to integrate lean manufacturing into processes. A strong track record in manufacturing leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing management experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Excellent English communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing operations, including staff and SIOP.
• Implement lean principles to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Develop metrics and programs to optimize operations and working capital.
• Recruit and develop high-performing teams and leaders.
• Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance.
• Collaborate with ITM team to integrate lean principles into production.
• Address production challenges such as machine or material shortages.
