• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, drive engagement, and achieve high performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing operations, staffing, and the SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) process.
• Apply lean methods to boost productivity and cut costs.
• Develop programs and metrics to optimize operational performance and working capital.
• Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing teams while establishing a talent pipeline for future leaders.
• Ensure a strong customer focus and uphold high ethical standards in all operations.
• Provide a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with the ITM (Integrated Transformer Management) team to integrate lean manufacturing principles into production processes.
• Address backfill of key positions and provide training and mentoring to leaders.
• Tackle production hurdles due to machine issues, part shortages, or personnel shortages.
