Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, drive engagement, and achieve high performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex situations and resolve issues.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members, implementing training and development programs that enhance skills and promote career growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing operations, including staff and SIOP processes.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies and lean principles to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Develop programs and metrics to optimize operational performance and working capital.
• Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing teams while building a talent pipeline for future leaders.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with ITM team to integrate lean manufacturing principles into production processes.
• Address challenges such as backfilling key positions, training leaders, and resolving production hurdles from machine or parts shortages.
