Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and eight or more years experience in electrical systems, refrigeration and/or HVAC.
• Universal CFC certification required. Additional certifications in electrical, mechanical, HVAC and related fields may be required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as part of routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs and installations of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and/or HVAC equipment.
• Operates, maintains, monitors, and performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on building equipment.
• Oversees and inspects the work performed by outside contractors.
• Maintains the building lighting, energy management, and building management systems.
• Responds to emergencies and customer concerns.
