Job summary

CBRE seeks a seasoned facilities maintenance professional to perform complex preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, HVAC, plumbing and related building systems at a Macon, GA site. You will monitor operations, respond to emergencies, and ensure safety and compliance with regulatory codes.

The role requires eight+ years in electrical and HVAC, a Universal CFC license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; eight+ years in electrical, refrigeration and/or HVAC.
• Universal CFC certification required; additional licenses may be needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and documents; strong analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC equipment.
• Monitor building systems and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate and supervise work by outside contractors.
• Maintain building lighting, energy management and cost controls.
• Respond to emergencies and service requests as needed.
