Responsibilities

• Complies with codes, regulations and company directives for building operations and safety.
• Operates, maintains and monitors building systems including HVAC, electrical and life safety.
• Oversees outside contractors and maintains energy management programs.
• Prepares estimates of time and materials; ensures inventory and tools are available.
• Responds to emergencies and coordinates tasks within the team.
