Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred and licenses as required by local/state jurisdictions.
• Ability to read/interpret codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Ensure building systems meet applicable codes and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program to maximize efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials; maintain a clean, safe workplace.
• Review building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation within design specifications.
• Apply standard principles to accomplish complex assignments and provide solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge within the team.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values to build consensus.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and explain difficult information.
