Qualifikationen

• Experience in building mechanical systems, facility condition assessments, energy assessments, BAS, cost estimating, and facility asset lifecycle management.
• Strong technical judgment, quality-control discipline, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with management, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Supports DoW, DHS, VA, and GSA portfolio.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and conduct inventories and condition assessments of building and infrastructure components, emphasizing MEP systems.
• Identify, classify, and document deficient conditions with narratives of general condition.
• Recommend corrective actions for identified deficiencies to support repair, renewal, modernization, lifecycle planning, and cost estimates.
• Exercise independent judgment and perform quality control of field surveys, data input, assessment findings, and report output.
• Independently schedule and lead regular communications with the management team regarding project schedules, progress, risks, findings, and status.
• Prepare facility assessment and audit findings reports, including energy assessments.
• Review live BAS data for energy assessments and system optimization insights.
• Review cost estimates and data, and document database modifications based on real data.
