Northrop Grumman is seeking a Facility & Platform Integration Capability Lead (Staff Systems Engineer – Level 5) to join the Sentinel program. Location options include Roy UT, Bellevue NE, Huntsville AL, or Manhattan Beach CA.

The role involves leading systems engineering artifacts across E3 and Ground Systems, ensuring proper requirements and architecture are defined and verified. The position requires DoD Secret clearance and MBSE expertise, with a focus on model-based methods and complex,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 12 years of experience; or master’s with 10 years; or PhD with 8 years.
• US Citizenship with active DoD Secret Clearance, within scope.
• Ability to obtain SAP approval.
• 4 years of requirements management/analysis/allocations.
• 3 years MBSE practices using Cameo, Rhapsody or MagicDraw.
• 5 years in C2, security, NC3, or related systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of systems engineers to develop artifacts across E3 and Ground Systems threads.
• Mature allocation of shielding/filtering/grounding/TEMPEST requirements and facility architecture.
• Develop and ensure system requirements are represented in the model.
• Develop system architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture.
• Contribute to system requirements development and analysis.
• Develop unifying model techniques, procedures, and processes.
