Job summary
Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Facility & Platform Integration Capability Lead (Staff Systems Engineer – Level 5) to join the Sentinel program team. Location options include Roy UT, Bellevue NE, Huntsville AL, or Manhattan Beach, CA, supporting ground segments and intercontinental missiles.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM with 12+ years of experience; or master's with 10+; or PhD with 8+ years.
- Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance, within scope.
- Must obtain SAP approval within a reasonable period.
- 4 years of experience with requirements management/analysis/allocations.
- 3 years in MBSE practices using Cameo, Rhapsody or MagicDraw.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of systems engineers to develop artifacts across E3 and Ground Systems threads.
- Develop and mature shielding/filtering/grounding/TEMPEST requirements and facility architecture.
- Develop system requirements and ensure proper representation in the model.
- Develop system architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture.
- Contribute to system requirements development, management, and analysis.
