Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Communications Capability Lead Sr. Principal Systems Engineer (level 4) to join the Sentinel program team. The position supports multiple locations including Roy UT, Bellevue NE, Huntsville AL, and Manhattan Beach, CA as part of a comprehensive ground system development effort.

The role requires a U.S. citizen with a DoD Secret clearance and MBSE expertise to lead requirements, architecture development, and model-based engineering activities for

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in STEM required.
8+ years of related experience (4 years with PhD).
U.S. citizen with active DoD Secret clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

Lead a small systems engineering team to develop artifacts for Sentinel ground system communications networks.
Develop and mature architecture content for large programs.
Ensure requirements are represented in the MBSE model and traceable.
Develop system architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture.
Contribute to system requirements development and analysis.
Create and refine model development procedures and tool integrations.
