Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Data Management Capability Lead Sr. Principal Systems Engineer (level 4) to join its team. This position is in Roy UT, Bellevue NE, Huntsville AL or Manhattan Beach, CA and will support the Sentinel program.

The role leads requirements definition/allocation, functional decomposition, interface definition, verification, validation, and traceability across the Sentinel ground system. Strong MBSE and tool experience are required.

Qualifications

• Requirements management/analysis/allocations experience.
• Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices using Cameo, Rhapsody or MagicDraw.
• Strong collaboration across product, design and systems engineering teams.
• Experience with complex, large-scale defense programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of systems engineers to develop data architecture across engineering value stream.
• Develop and mature a configuration controlled data model with stakeholders.
• Develop system requirements and ensure proper representation in the model.
• Develop and apply Cameo Enterprise Architecture for Sentinel ground system.
