Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Facility & Platform Integration Capability Lead (Staff Systems Engineer – Level 5) to join the Sentinel program team in Roy, UT; Bellevue NE, Huntsville, AL or Manhattan Beach, CA.

The role leads a small systems engineering team, defines requirements allocation, and develops architecture across the ground segment, focusing on shielding, grounding, TEMPEST, and facility integration using Cameo MBSE tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 12+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 10+ years or PhD with 8+ years.
• Must be a US Citizen with active DoD Secret Clearance within last 6 years.
• Ability to obtain SAP approval.
• 4+ years in requirements management/analysis/allocations.
• 3+ years MBSE MBSE practices and tools (Cameo, Rhapsody, MagicDraw).
• 5+ years in C2, physical security, cybersecurity, NC3, or related domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small systems engineering team to develop artifacts across E3 and Ground Systems threads.
• Define shielding, filtering, grounding, TEMPEST requirements and related facility architecture aspects.
• Develop and incorporate system requirements in the model.
• Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture.
• Contribute to system requirements development and analysis.
• Develop model techniques, procedures, and tool integration across teams.
