Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of directly related experience.
• Ability to develop KPIs, manage budgets and drive cost controls.
• Security background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Facility Operations for Student Support; oversee daily operations and staff.
• Draft procedures, staff plans and KPIs; benchmark against APPA levels.
• Develop and manage strategic plans, budgets and cost controls.
• Ensure safety, compliance and efficient operations across the department.
• Oversee procurement, bids, contracts and final acceptance of work.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling and performance evaluations.
