CGL Companies is seeking a Senior Facility Manager to supervise maintenance staff across multiple sites, focusing on MEP systems, life safety, and grounds. You will supervise, train, and coordinate, review work orders, and ensure safety compliance while controlling costs.

This role requires strong leadership, extensive technical knowledge, and the ability to respond to emergencies and coordinate with site management.

Responsabilités

• Supervises corrective and preventive maintenance on MEP systems and utilities.
• Performs routine facility inspections for safety and operational standards.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA regulations and safety policies.
• Prepares records, reports, and documentation related to work performed and supervision.
• Responds to emergencies as requested.
