Job summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC provides comprehensive maintenance services to commercial clients and justice facilities. The Facility Manager will supervise, coordinate, and assist with maintenance staff across multiple sites, ensuring repair, maintenance, and installation of MEP systems, life safety, and related equipment.

Responsibilities include prioritizing work orders, enforcing safety policies, and driving cost-effective operations while maintaining high service quality and client

Qualifications

Formal supervision of facility maintenance staff.
Experience with repair, maintenance, and installation of MEP equipment.

Responsibilities

Supervises maintenance staff and oversees workflow across multiple sites.
Reviews work orders and prioritizes tasks daily.
Ensures compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
Conducts regular quality control inspections of work orders.
Manages training and onboarding of staff; resolves performance issues.
