Job summary

CGL is seeking a Senior Facility Manager to oversee maintenance across multiple sites, directing HVAC, electrical, life safety, and security systems. You will supervise staff, schedule work, and ensure compliance with safety standards while optimizing operations and costs.

Responsibilities include training, performance management, on-site inspections, and coordination with site management to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of skilled commercial maintenance experience in HVAC, Electrical, Electronics, Plumbing, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of supervision experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple sites and teams.
• Ability to manage safety compliance and training.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of maintenance staff, including hiring and performance reviews.
• Prioritize workload by reviewing job requests daily.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of MEP systems to ensure continuous operations.
• Perform routine facility inspections to meet safety standards.
• Enforce company policies and optimize labor and materials usage.
• Coordinate procurement of tools and supplies; manage vendor relations.
• Provide training and orientation to improve performance and safety.
• Communicate progress on open work orders and staffing to supervisor.
• Ensure OSHA regulations are followed and site is compliant.
• Respond to emergencies as needed and document incidents.
