Job summary

G&T Industries is seeking an experienced Maintenance and Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance across 4 sites and 5 business units. This hands-on role covers grounds, electrical, plumbing, and equipment maintenance and supports safety teams across all sites.

You will lead maintenance programs, guide site teams, and ensure safety compliance. The role requires coordinating across sites and periodic travel to other locations, with strong emphasis on teamwork and ownership culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in general and preventative maintenance.
• Leadership ability with servant-leadership style.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead general and preventative maintenance programs across all sites.
• Guide and support site-level maintenance teams.
• Read and apply facility prints and layouts.
• Get involved with facility builds, additions, and modifications.
• Participate in equipment selection and sourcing decisions.
• Facilitate safety teams and ensure safety compliance across all sites.
• Travel to other sites quarterly.
