Job summary

CGL Facility Management is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance activities across multiple sites, focusing on MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and safety compliance. You will oversee staff, coordinate vendors, and ensure adherence to standards and budgets.

The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, extensive maintenance experience, and proficiency with MS Office and Outlook. Expect daily prioritization, reporting, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; advanced training in building maintenance or skilled trades preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field is a plus.
• 5+ years of skilled commercial maintenance experience; 3+ years in supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Daily review and prioritization of job requests and work orders across multiple sites.
• Supervise corrective and preventive maintenance on MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety).
• Conduct routine facility and grounds inspections for safety and operational compliance.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company policies; ensure safe operations.
• Coordinate vendor visits; requisition tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Provide records, reports, and documentation; support performance evaluations.
