Job summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking a skilled Facility Manager to supervise maintenance staff across multiple sites, focusing on MEP systems, life safety, and security. You will oversee work orders, safety compliance, and staff development while coordinating with site management to meet client objectives.

Requires strong leadership, extensive maintenance expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety, along with OSHA knowledge and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Advanced training or degree in building maintenance or related field preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Criminal Justice, Public Admin or related disciplines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and manage performance, onboarding, training, and evaluations.
• Review job requests and work orders to set priorities.
• Oversee preventive/corrective maintenance on MEP systems and utilities.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Implement policies to improve operations and reduce costs.
• Requisition tools and supplies as needed.
• Provide staff training on safety and procedures.
• Communicate with supervisor on progress and issues to optimize resources.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and professional interactions with staff and clients.
• Respond to emergencies and prepare related documentation.
