Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. seeks a seasoned engineering leader to oversee site-wide operations, preventive maintenance, and upgrades for mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.

You will direct engineers and technicians, coordinate contractors, and ensure safety, reliability, and compliance across facilities. Responsibilities include managing CMMS data, prioritizing work, overseeing project execution, and communicating risks and capital needs to management and customers.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or greater.
• 7+ years of HVAC and facilities engineering experience with leadership of technicians and coordination of contractors.
• Universal EPA refrigerant certification and a mechanical trades credential
• Strong communication skills and English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Direct site engineering operations and oversee preventive maintenance and repairs for mechanical/electrical/controls systems.
• Lead maintenance technicians and coordinate contractors, safety programs, and scheduling.
• Communicate system status, risks, and capital needs to EMCOR and customer management.
• Manage CMMS data quality, asset records, and maintenance plans.
• Lead HVAC projects from planning through turnover and coordinate third-party providers.
• Plan and requisition materials and support cost-effective purchasing while maintaining safety and reliability.
