Job summary

Aurora Health Care is seeking a skilled facilities maintenance technician in Green Bay, WI to perform preventive maintenance and repair of complex facility systems. You will read blueprints and Life Safety drawings, operate building automation systems, and ensure reliability of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and control systems.

The role requires 4+ years in industrial/trades maintenance, advanced technical abilities, and the ability to work on-call 24/7.

Qualifications

Ability to work with minimal oversight with advanced technical skills in facility maintenance.
Clear written and verbal communication skills required.
Advanced computer skills/competency in using and operating systems such as Microsoft Office Platform, Building Automation Systems.
Clear understanding of applicable compliance codes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

Performs preventive maintenance and technical repairs on complex facility systems.
Diagnoses and implements repairs for Utility and Infrastructure Systems.
Installs/replace and maintains building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and controls systems.
Operates and monitors advanced utility equipment and utilizes building automation systems to troubleshoot issues.
Maintains vacuum, compressed air, and medical gas systems.
Reads blueprints, Life Safety drawings and manuals for accurate task completion.
