Job summary

The role requires 4+ years in industrial/trades maintenance with strong communication and technical skills. Occasional on-call shifts and travel may be required to support campus-wide facilities operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in industrial/trades maintenance or operations.
• Advanced training beyond high school in a technical field.
• Valid driver’s license and relevant trade certification/licensing with CEUs.
• Ability to read blueprints and Life Safety drawings.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and technical repairs on complex facility systems.
• Diagnoses and implements repairs for Utility and Infrastructure Systems.
• Installs, replaces, and maintains building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls systems.
• Operates and monitors advanced utility equipment and building automation systems to troubleshoot issues.
• Maintains vacuum, compressed air, and medical gas systems.
• Reads blueprints, Life Safety drawings and manuals for task completion.
