Job summary

Aurora Health Care in Milwaukee is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on complex facility systems. You will diagnose issues, operate building automation systems, and ensure safe operation of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing infrastructure.

Must have advanced technical training, 4+ years in industrial maintenance, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Advanced training beyond high school including technical training.
4+ years of experience in relatable industrial/trades maintenance or operations.
Ability to work with minimal oversight and strong technical skills in facility maintenance.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Building Automation Systems, Pneumatic Tube Systems.
Clear understanding of applicable compliance codes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

Performs preventive maintenance and technical repairs on complex facility systems.
Diagnoses and implements repairs for Utility and Infrastructure Systems.
Installs/replace and maintains building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and controls systems.
Operates and monitors advanced utility equipment and building automation systems to troubleshoot issues.
Maintains vacuum, compressed air, and medical gas systems.
Reads blueprints and Life Safety drawings for accurate task completion.
