Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Facility Manager to lead on-site facility operations at designated site(s) and drive service delivery excellence. The role focuses on building systems oversight, vendor management, and sustained client satisfaction.

You will coordinate operations, monitor uptime, and implement cost-saving initiatives while ensuring compliance with contracts and safety standards. This position requires hands-on leadership five days a week at the Salt Lake City site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management, Building Operations, or related technical field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of facility management experience with working knowledge of building systems including mechanical/electrical systems, architectural maintenance, and building automation.
• Proficient in base building systems and understanding of maintenance related to Chiller, Boiler, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS and work order management processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to analyze data and create reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and service delivery at assigned site(s).
• Coordinate and manage integrated facility management services and vendor performance.
• Monitor and maintain operational uptime targets and respond to facility issues and service requests.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and energy reduction programs.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact with client stakeholders and maintain relationships.
