Job summary

The position is onsite with first shift 7am - 3:30pm. Applicants should have CMMS experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and 2-4 years in building systems maintenance.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• High School diploma or GED equivalent and 2-4 years of building systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, repair and troubleshoot facility equipment across mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Oversee preventative maintenance, inventory control and contractor work quality.
• Record readings, calibrate and adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Operate safely, manage hazardous materials in accordance with policy, and maintain a clean workplace.
• Access equipment components in various indoor/outdoor environments and be prepared for frequent physical activity.
