Job summary

Vibrant Works seeks a Senior Manager of Facilities to provide strategic leadership for facilities, maintenance, safety, and capital improvements in a manufacturing setting. You will ensure safe, efficient operation of buildings, utilities, and production support systems while aligning with organizational goals.

You will lead maintenance teams, manage budgets and capital projects, drive regulatory compliance, and partner with operations to ensure continuous production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 7–10 years of progressive facilities management experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience managing capital projects, budgets, contractors, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute facilities and maintenance strategy.
• Lead and mentor facilities, maintenance, custodial, and safety teams.
• Develop departmental goals, KPIs, budgets, and capital improvement plans.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, and building systems.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure production readiness.
• Manage renovations, expansions, and capital projects.
• Manage operating and capital budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Negotiate and oversee vendor and contractor relationships.
• Support OSHA, EPA, environmental compliance initiatives.
• Lead emergency preparedness, business continuity, and corrective actions.
• Oversee physical security systems and facility access.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Approve payroll and conduct performance reviews.
