Boden Talent is partnering with our client to recruit an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead facilities operations at a flagship Life Sciences headquarters in Greensboro, NC.

This senior role requires proven leadership, vendor management, and financial oversight to ensure the site meets safety, compliance, and performance standards in a regulated environment. You will oversee hard and soft services, manage budgets, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, 5–8 years in facilities management.
• Experience leading FM in Life Sciences or regulated environments.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience with budgets, variances, and capital projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site facilities team with training, performance management, and recruitment.
• Oversee hard and soft services, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Manage budgets, variance reporting, and capital projects.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and resolve escalated issues.
