Qualificações

• Minimum experience: 10 years of field experience or equivalent training
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical disciplines
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC/R systems
• Familiar with building automation systems (BAS)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office for reports and emails
• Customer satisfaction focus

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular site inspections and rounds
• Coordinate with Property Managers and Tenants
• Assist with facility operations and safety compliance
• Manage service providers and ensure service quality
• Read blueprints and interpret building drawings
• Operate building automation systems for efficient use
• Prepare reports and maintain punch lists
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality programs
