• Minimum experience: 10 years of field experience or equivalent training
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical disciplines
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC/R systems
• Familiar with building automation systems (BAS)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office for reports and emails

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and rounds
