Job summary

Pioneer Human Services is seeking a Facilities Senior Maintenance Technician in Spokane to lead a work crew through repairs, maintenance, and remodeling of facilities. The role involves handling complex work orders and capital improvement projects while ensuring safety and quality on site.

Ideal candidates will have seven years of experience in construction remodel or facility maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and demonstrated leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of experience in construction remodel, facility maintenance, residential or commercial tenant improvement.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine, health, safety and emergency work orders at various locations as required.
• Install windows, doors, siding, stairs, concrete forms, drywall, wood and metal stud framing, cabinets and countertops.
• Perform some plumbing and light electrical work.
• Direct and train other facilities maintenance techs as part of a work crew.
• Formulate material lists, schedules and work plans for each assigned project to ensure work is done in a timely and cost-effective manner, adhering to the budget.
• Keep a daily job log documenting personnel, purchases, subcontractors and hours worked.
